This gas meter or similar contraption caught my attention while I was leaving the Almonte Curling Club after my game today in the Old Geezers Pizza League.
Apple and Grapes #2
Another still life with the same apple and plate as yesterday, but different grapes. I know you were curious… All rendered with a high contrast black and white treatment.

Brick Beauty
The light coloured brick along the corners and over the windows is interesting. Unfortunately the tops of the shutters don’t match the arches over the windows.
Victoria School Museum
The Victoria School Museum was original the town hall. It subsequently became the Victoria School and is now a museum and also houses a display dedicated to Carleton Place veterans.
